Let me give you some helpful advice that can give you an advantage in this area unlike any you’ve had in the past. If you have tried to lose weight before and didn’t have the success you wanted, maybe you were lacking one of the key ingredients to a successful weight loss plan.

Every weight loss plan should start with a healthy diet. Typically a healthy diet includes complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, fruits and vegetable, and low fat dairy all before 1pm in the afternoon. After 1pm you shift to no complex carbohydrates and just lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, and low fat dairy. This can differ individually, as we are all genetically different, but this is a good place to start. I also think that exercise is important overall for your health, so even though you can lose pounds without exercise, I am going to recommend one implement a good exercise plan.
